Ein einzelner Fehler wird als Fehler angezeigt, nie als Ausfall. Als ausgefallen gilt ein Dienst erst nach zwei fehlgeschlagenen Prüfungen hintereinander, und eine Anbieter-Störung melden wir nur, wenn mehrere unabhängige Dienste beim selben Anbieter gleichzeitig ausfallen.
